Welcome! I'm Julz and I'm here to assist your healing journey on the physical and meta-physical levels. I have been teaching yoga since 2001 and training yoga teachers since 2010. I became certified in Ayurveda in 2015 and QHHT in 2021. Get to the core of your limitations and blocks through alternative uses of Yoga, Ayurveda (wholistic health care), QHHT (quantum healing hypnosis technique) and Intuitive journeys. QHHT session

QHHT is a hypnosis healing session on the quantum level that helps you access the highest part of you that has all knowledge available to it. Healing only comes from within as you connect with your higher self and receive answers and clarity on your purpose and abilities. This is an IN-PERSON 5+ hour appointment. A QHHT session will position your SC (super conscious) in the front seat of your life, resulting in an exquisite life well lived. *Please come rested, fed, no mind altering drugs, and ready with all your questions. *Sessions that exceed 5hrs. overtime tips are appreciated! *Every appt must be at least 6 months from any vaccination. *Cancellation refunds will be minus CC fees.

60 min. Yoga special Private

This private is for those dealing with an injury, limitation or scoliosis. Detailed assessment and exercises will be given to improve upon what you are already doing for healing.

60 min. Yoga movement Private

This private session is for those that want to improve their physical strength, pose ability or detox their body through a cleansing movement practice. Only general alignment cues are given with this private lesson. *for more detailed plan and assessment please choose the special private option.

60min. Ayurveda consult

This session is in the ancient well-care system of Ayurveda. In one hour you will learn your individual dosha (body/mind type), where there is an imbalance and what you can do to bring yourself back into balance. a packet of forms will be emailed to you to fill out and bring them with you at your appt.

Intuitive sessions

This is an Intuitive listening journey that is done remote over the phone or zoom. The journey consists of setting an intention, clearing the space, centering ourselves and then entering into a alpha brainwave state to listen to many parts of you and communicate and gain information. This can also be called parts work.
